A Note on Progress Payments
Choosing Progress Payments is entering into a payment agreement for the full session fee — it's not a subscription you can pause or cancel if life gets busy or you change your mind. Your session booking depends on each payment being made on time, so please choose the option that genuinely works for your financial situation right now.
How booking works: Once your first payment is made, you'll be redirected to book your session. Because your session needs to take place after your final payment has cleared, the earliest available dates in the calendar are set to open only once your payment plan is complete — so there's no risk of your session landing before you've finished paying.
If a payment doesn't go through: our payment system will automatically attempt to retry it over the days that follow. If the retry succeeds, everything continues as normal, and no action is needed from you.
If your payment fails, or you know it won't be completed in time for your booked call, please get in touch with us to reschedule — we're always happy to sort something out rather than have things get complicated close to your appointment.
Our advice? If you ever know a payment might be tricky, reach out before the date — we'd always rather sort something out with you early.
