A Note on Progress Payments
Choosing Progress Payments is entering into a payment agreement for the full programme — it's not a subscription you can pause or cancel if life gets busy or you change your mind. Your place in the programme and your continued access to the content depends on each payment being made on time, so please choose the option that genuinely works for your financial situation right now.
If a payment doesn't go through: Your access to the programme will be paused at the end of that day. The system will automatically retry your payment up to eight times over the following three weeks — so there's a generous window for things like bank issues or card updates to be sorted without you needing to do anything.
If the retry is successful, your access is reinstated immediately and you continue right where you left off.
If payments remain unresolved after that three-week period, your enrollment including all it’s features will be marked as expired.
Our advice? If you ever know a payment might be tricky, reach out before the date — we'd always rather sort something out with you early than have your access interrupted.
